Agent X bring real-life weapons to UT in a nice way. Every weapon is replaced by a real one. You'll find pistols, submachine guns, rifles... and also some exotic things, such as grenades, proximity mines and a huge rocket launcher. The armor is also replaced. It's needed to say that just the weapons are realistic: the unreality still exists, so you can take a lot of shots before dying. The mod also has some nice features: "Realistic Gunshots" makes the game more realistic, so shooting in a leg causes less damage then in the chest, while shooting in the head you inflict double the damage. There's also the "Bullet-Delay", which removes instant hits from the game adding a small delay depending on the distance. In addition, Agent X brings the 5 standart UT gametypes plus 3 new ones. Featured weapons Featured gametypes The one who achieves FIRST BLOOD is promoted to Commander and gain 2 frags. If you die, you lose 4 frags. Every time you kill somebody you gain 3 Experience Points. If you are killed, you lose 5 Experience Points and if you commit suicide you lose 7 Experience Points. If you have a high Experience Rating you have certain advantages over the player with a low Rating (like damage, health, armor, accuracy etc). Colors as dynamic ambient lights represent your levelexperience. A normal Team DeathMatch played in rounds. |

AirFightUT is the first and most extensive vehicle combat TC for Unreal Tournament. This modification introduces modern combat vehicles into the UT game, vehicles which try to mirror their real life military counterparts (vehicle models and weapons). simple Modification... Story: After the sucessful first Tournament, the Liandry Industries've decided to upgrade future Tournaments. So, the Apocalypse Weapons project was created. The base of the project was the addition of much more bloody and frantic deathmatches, by including totally new lethal and balanced weapons. And then, the project was launched. A long search for mercenaries, lunatics and scientists had begun. After years of work, three weapons were ready, so they put them into action. The Unreal Tournament - Apocalypse Weapons was born. Unfortunately, the results were unexpected. The weapons weren't working properly, which resulted in many flaws and accidental explosions.The Liandry Industries abandonated the project. Some years later, a young scientist who worked for Liandry Industries stole some parts of the project. Working alone, he improved the three old weapons, and in addition, developed two more. He then searched for a backer, and promoted a new Tournament. It was so sucessful that today, the project has its own weapons, acessories and ammunition. And each day, the project grows bigger, developing more stuff and winning fans of the whole world. The Tournament can't stop. With Arena Match you can create arena mutators
for (almost) any weapon you like. A single weapon
can be selected from a menu or you can put several
weapons in a list and let the Arena Match mutator
choose one of them each time a new map starts. Arena Match also comes with the Arena Physics
mutator which lets you change various aspects of
gameplay like damage, health, momentum, player
speed, jumping height, gravity, etc. |

Assassins is a frantic gametype where you are given mission: exterminate a specific player. When a player enter the game, he'll see the target's name on his screen. No one else can be killed, except... ...the one that is hunting you. Yes, you can't forget it, because you've a target, but also you're someone's target, too. That's the interesting point of the Mod. You'll just know who's hunting you when the hunter hurts you. After that, his name will be shown on your hud. In order to make the hunt algorithms work properly, in a game with more than 2 players someone will always be in spectator mode. When someone else die, the spectator joins the game and the dead one becomes the spectator. When you kill your target, you'll get 5 points, and another target will be given to you. When you kill your hunter, you'll get 3 points, and another person will start hunting you. If you kill someone else, you'll lose 3 points. If you kill too many wrong targets, you will be declared a Looney. Looney can get points for killing anyone, but everyone may kill you to get 3 points. The Mod is easily configurable and has a great
bot support. It's a very simple but very
entertaining new gametype. |
