Story: All begun with the sudden collapse of soceity year 2050, because of some rather amusing misstakes that surprisingly happened at all banks in the world. Noone knew how the hell it happened, except the guy who succesfully got the virus around all the systems.

After another 50 years later, society got back ut to its feet, rather changed, with full time slavery and "nobles", the guys who runs the whole world while drinking tee and having good times at bordellos. Then the word went that space travel had been reinvented, and so humankind ventured into space, populating planet after planet. Little did they know, that the other life forms had slowly retreated from them, but would soon strike back.


The story begins, with a slave, working on the legendary SS Paradoxial a space craft the size of a minor city. The Paradoxial is the finest of the space crafts, with restaurants better than those on any planets, gambling halls, bordellos, cafeterias and so forth.

The slaves work is to keep the ship running, make the food good, and "entertain" at bordellos. This particular slave was a ship engineer, and was thus very isolated from the "nobles". The engine core slave bay was where he lived with his mates, and there was only one way out which was blocked by a forcefield only the "nobles" could shut down. On one particular night the ship had moved very slightly, but enough to wake up the slave and make him wonder what had caused the movement. He fell asleep some time after that.

Then, some nights after that, the sounds of screaming would constantly break any silence there was to break. Rumours was that the ship was hijacked by pirates, or that it was haunted or some other. One day, a "noble" man came deliberatly walking in, through the forcefield, which shut down, and stood for a second. The slaves gathered around him. The man said "We are guilty." and fell down. This was where the slaves got freaked out, because he wasn't dead, he was conscious, just didn't react, as if he was thinking about something. Something was very clearly going on.

A slave ventured into the ship. He came back a few days to tell them that all escpae pods were used, and there was noone to be found. The slave went exploring again, but didn't return. After a few days the "noble" man had disappeared, and the slaves were totally freaked out.

Now it's your turn to explore.


SS Paradoxial, is a government project, to test the "Core" which enables travelling to parallel dimensions. The ship is being hi-jacked by two different alien factions, so a minor war is going on. One alien faction wants to destroy the core to prevent its miss-use, while the others wants to steal it.

SS Paradoxial is built in a revolutionary new way. The first shield is ordinary reinforced Titanium reinforced with diamonds. Behind the First shield is the "Shield" slaves cabins, and they get a lot of space radiaton. Then comes the Hypertanium shield, which was up to this point, considered indestructable. The aliens breached through it.


Factions.

1- Survivors - The few who survived the attacks, mostly slaves who were locked in their cabins. Mostly frienly.

2- Mutants - The "shield" slaves who have become mutated due to space radiaton. In some cases they might be stronger, more quiet, faster or have keener perception. Otherwise they might just be zombified. Mostly hostile.

3- Saviors - The aliens who have come to destroy the core. They are friendly unless you attack them, and are helpfull. Mostly friendly

4- Haunters - The aliens who have come to steal the core. They can posess beings if they are unshielded, and corrupt circuitry if they are connected. Ultimately hostile

5- Possesed - Posessed survivors, can be "noble" men, Security, and slaves. Ultimately hostile.


Food - The Paradoxial is full of restaurants, so this isn't really a problem.

Sleep -The best way to sleep safely is to get security turrets on to independent circuitry, recode them, and try to sleep.


Health, pain and limb functionality.

Health is simple, when you have full health, you're doing good, when it's empty, you're dead.

Pain is also simple. Somethings can inflict pain without actually damaging you. If you are in much pain, you're slower in every aspect, if you're in as much pain as possible, you're paralyzed.

Limb functionality. This is something most horror games seems to miss. How scary is it if you can allways run, no matter what? Here, if you get shot/hit in the leg, you start limping if it's bad. You can allways heal up at medical stations and hospitals scattered around the ship, and if you loose a limb, get a prosthetic.

Action Unreal Tournament is a modification for Unreal Tournament 2004 that adds realistic weapons, better damage simulation, new gameplay, and bags of action-movie style.


Ever watched a John Woo flick and said 'I wish I could do that' as a guy dived down the stairs, akimbo pistols blazing? Just seen Bruce Willis blow away a room of bad guys and wished it was you?


Now you can. And why watch a movie when you can play it?


For those with a history of action games, AUT is the followup to the hugely successful and innovative Action Quake2 and Action Half-Life; we hope to continue the tradition of fun gameplay, innovative features and consistent quality. It's based around concepts incorporated into the unreleased version developed for Unreal Tournament (1999).


AUT is going to take the things we've learned from Action Quake 2, Action Half-Life and our development in the Unreal engine and combine them into one fast moving action packed extravaganza.


The Concept

The idea is that each bullet counts for a lot, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't pump them full of as many bullets as you can spare; they'll get a chance to shoot back before they die if you don't finish them off. Cover actually means something, it's better to make sure there's a pillar or a desk near by to duck behind, especially if you have to reload or bandage yourself.

Everyone knows that to be a true action hero you must do at least two things. At some point in your career you must 'go akimbo' even if only for a minute or too. Pick up two pistols and try and take out the guy raking everyone with an automatic. However, AUT will allow the player, in a completely exclusive gameplay design, to go 'mixed akimbo'. Using the left and right mouse buttons, the player will able to operate a mixed variety of weapons at the same time. Imagine clearing the area with your mp5 and picking off the rest with your pistol!

The other thing you need to do is dive. When you dive you become a smaller target, become faster and are no longer where your opponent was aiming and you look damn smooth while you're doing it!

Adjusting Energy Sphere Mutator

This mutator alters the way in which the Energy Spheres hovering above a Power Node in an Onslaught game behave. The mutator can be used in either of the following ways:


1. To set the height of the Energy Sphere to a fixed value between 96 and 370.


2. To cause the height of the Energy Sphere to be adjusted based upon the health of the Power Node it sits above. The less health the Power Node has the lower the Energy Sphere will be.


Having a very low Energy Sphere can change the way a map plays dramatically. For example on ONS-Dria the Power Nodes become difficult to attack from a distance making it tougher to take a control point.

AirBuccaneers (UT2004 total conversion) contains a new multiplayer game type with hot air balloons and cannons. The game is a compelling combination of graceful air ballet, fierce pirate-like action and 3D tactical manoeuvring. AirBuccaneers is targeted for team players who want to experience something unique.

Alien Swarm is an overhead view tactical squad-based shooter for UT2K4. Set in the the distant future, the players take the role of a Commander in the Interstellar Armed Forces. The Telic Campaign is an unofficial expansion pack for the Unreal Tournament 2004 award winning total conversion, Alien Swarm. In Alien Swarm, you control a squad of space marines through dangerous missions agaisnt hordes of hostile aliens. The game supports single and coop multiplayer modes.


The Telic Expansion Pack builds upon this extremely fun gameplay by bringing eight new, unique missions in the form of a complete campaign. This mod is based on a darker perspective of the Sonic the Hedgehog universe, and will be for mature players only; it will contain violence, blood, gore, with the off chance of cursing and possibly some sexual references. If you're under the age of whatever Unreal Tournament 2004 is in your country, you shouldn't play this mod.





..Gameplay..

This isn't a shooter like UT2004, you will have to find objects to use, solve puzzles, and interact with a number of NPC characters to progress through the story. With it not being a first person shooter, we also don't want it to be like Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog where you run from A to B jumping and dodging things, so we opted to use the Sonic Adventure playfield setup.

New characters, old friends, new zones, new allies, new foes.

No ripped levels, bosses, vehicles or objects from Sega games.

And most of all NO PLOT HOLES!

This is a personal project that I thought it would be fun to do. This mod is about 60 percent complete, still needing some more staticmeshes and improvement to gameplay. I'm also trying to have a short cut scene at the end of the mod. I'm hoping to have it done and ready for you all soon.
