The Story so far It is the dawn of the 24th Century, and Humanity stands on the brink of a new era. With the advent of faster than light travel, the past 3 hundred years have seen the rapid expansion of the children of Earth as they have chaotically spilled forth into the universe. Both man and our machine creations, working side by side. But with expansion comes fracturing. As mankind has spread throughout the galaxy it has splintered into multitudes of factions, each congregating around unique philosophies, unique goals, and unique rules. And so the wheel turns... As is human nature, we have again begun to fight each other. But this time there is a difference. We are not alone, and we?re not exactly welcome. A storm is gathering on the horizon. It is a time of trials, a time of muster, a time of conflict. Do we have enough desire to win? _______________________________________________ _____________________________ Mechnexus is a new gaming universe being developed by Clancore Games LLC. While its focus is primarily on the mecha genre of gaming, the universe is being designed in such a way that it will be open enough to be inclusive of other game genres as well. The settings and themes are heavy on drama, with larger than life characters and situations. It is pure unapologetic space opera, where hard science commingles with the paranormal, and the universe is vast and filled with both wonders and terrors unimaginable. The Mechnexus: Projection of Force MOD for Unreal Tournament 3 is the first of 3 planned releases set in this universe. In general terms, this MOD will attempt the marriage of the sim-like qualities found in vehicle oriented Mecha games with the fast paced action of Sci Fi oriented FPS games. The game will have air and land vehicles as well as ground based infantry units. The battlefields will consist of everything from earthlike terrain to lunar landscapes and other alien settings. Players will be able to outfit their chosen avatars with weaponry and special components in such a way as to enhance their specific playing styles. The film takes places in a surreal, technocratic future. Humanity has lost it's connection to the soil and lives in 'Skycities' high above the ground. They are supported by a network of bridges and their foundation is build on the cities below, which became over flooded and polluted in the past. One state has won the total war and dominates all others, turning humans into mere kegs in a machine. The remnants of that state's army are returning home after fighting a long and victorious battle. They get attacked by their own corporation's, next generation of advanced war machinery: Mechs. The greater part of the human army is erased,
but the few hundred survivors forge a plan how to
take vengeance on their rulers and re-install
order in the homeland. While millions of people
have died, hundreds of thousands of robots were
built and now humanity faces another fight, this
time against its own creation and by another means
than open war. What caused the post war trauma -
the decay of human civilization and the rise of
the robots - has yet to be uncovered. The story is a dedication to the great work of
Isaac Asimov and Philip K. Dick in particular. |

Welcome to the Medal of Honor: The UT3 Edition ModDB entry! This total conversion for Unreal Tournament 3 aims to make a full-featured port of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (and probably expansions later on) with a couple of new additions, while trying to maintain to original's game feel. Besides fully customizable characters, there will be an anti-cheat system, and even a modding system (in the form of mutators) for those who wish to make mods for this mod, just like they did for Medal of Honor. The only downside I can think of is that you won't be able to use clientside mods anymore, but the serverside mutators will make everything good. Have fun! And pay a visit to our site some time. |

Game Overview We have begun construction of an Unreal Tournament 3 Total Conversion if we can entice enough Modelers, Programmers, and people with flair for texture’s and scripts to enable us to combine both the Might & Magic game series with the Heroes of Might & Magic series. Our intention is to design and construct a fully 3D version of the combination of two games might and magic 7 and the heroes of might and magic 3, and ensuring that it is playable as a would be single person that can level up, learn new spells etc, but one that can also navigate by foot the full size castles within the Kingdom, whilst still maintaining the abilities of ordering troops from dwellings which still must be erected. There will be an ability allowing the adventurer to order the troops to either venture forth with the hero or stand guard either in your castle or the surrounding lands. We would like to vastly improve on the already playable games by having the game play real time, as opposed to turn based, giving the concept a far more distinctive playability. In advancing this concept in such a way, we still wish to maintain some of the original abilities like having to establish treasure and resource to improve the towns and wage war on your enemy’s. There will be towns with NPC to interact with and gain quests. We are also venturing to make the mod multiplayer which we feel will certainly be beneficial. Any ideas and information would be greatly appreciated at this point, to achieve a fantastically playable game designed and constructed by the wishes, ideas and needs of game players themselves, we believe will be the ultimate in game play.
